Order Processing Time

After you complete your order, it may take up to 1-3 business days for our team to process your payment through our product production company. This is because of the transferring of funds from you to us and from us to Printful. We apologize for the additional time this adds to receiving your order. General Return Policy Information

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receives your returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. REMINDER: PLEASE SEND ALL RETURNS TO ONE OF THE PRINFTUL FACILITY:

Order failed to deliver

We're sorry about that! We were notified that your order is being returned by the shipping carrier because they had trouble delivering to your listed address. If you want us to reship the order, please confirm your address and we'll cover the reshipment cost.

Damaged and Mislabeled Items

We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. We're a small team, so it may be 7-14 business days for us to respond. Thanks for your patience!

Wrong Size

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size because our apparel is manufactured by Printful. They make everything on demand, so an "exchange" would actually be an entirely new product. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
